Making Crepes

After a group project meeting, I went with one of my friends to go shopping for ingredients to make crepes. He's from France, so he said that rather than going to a restaurant, we would make them ourselves. We used eggs, flour, sugar and milk to make the mixture for the crepes, and then put butter on the pan. The way of pouring the mixture onto the pan was difficult for me, as was flipping the crepe, but he was able to do it with ease. On some of the crepes we added Nutella to give a chocolatey flavor, while on others we added butter and sugar for a more authentic flavor. We left some of them plain, as well. Making the crepes was very fun, and then I even brought one back for my roommate, who is also from France, and she enjoyed it as well.
