Traditional Hong Kong Style Lunch

Traditional Hong Kong Style Lunch

While visiting my friend's hometown in the New Territories he brought us to a local restaurant there. At the restaurant I tried a few different dishes. I tried a HK style milk tea, as well as noodles served with a Hundred-Year egg (also known as a Century Egg) and pork liver. The Hundred-Year egg was black, and it didn't actually taste like an egg to me, but it took on more of the taste of the soup with a chewy texture. I also tried a sandwich with salted beef and cheese, which I really enjoyed.
