I arrived in Singapore in the early evening, and after getting checked into my hotel I searched for a restaurant to have dinner at. I wound up choosing a restaurant at Marina Bay Sands, so I headed over there and walked through part of the mall in order to find it. During dinner I was able to watch part of Spectra, the Marina Bay Sands Light and Water Show. After finishing I was able to see part of the show from a different area with a much clearer view, before continuing to walk along the bay and crossing the Helix Bridge on my way to the Singapore Flyer. The Singapore Flyer is a giant observation wheel, and before going inside the capsule there was an area to see a brief history of Singapore. The views from the wheel were beautiful, and I met a few other travelers on the ride. By the time the ride finished it was beginning to get late, so I made my way back to the hotel for the night.
