I walked from my hotel to Gardens by the Bay East, which offered a scenic sight of the gardens on the other side. As I was walking along I saw a small creature up ahead, and at first I thought it may have been a limping squirrel before realizing that it was actually a monitor lizard! I was surprised to see a large lizard like that in the wild, but continued my walk over to the main gardens. I got tickets for the different attractions at the Gardens, and decided to start with the Flower Dome. It had gorgeous flora from a diverse range of countries, and the arrangements were stunning. My favorites were the succulents, since I loved how many there were.

The next area I went to was the Cloud Forest dome, and upon entering you immediately see one of the world's tallest indoor waterfalls. There was also an Avatar experience in the dome, so throughout the entire thing there were statues and even a few animatronics from Avatar. From the bottom of the waterfall, I walked around to the back and then went up to the higher level where guests can walk around and see a beautiful sculpture display. There's also an area where you can see the waterfall from behind and from beside it. There's gorgeous viewpoints throughout the dome before reaching the secret garden near the exit, which was also quite beautiful. After the dome I walked around in a different area of the gardens, and then made my way to Floral Fantasy. It's much smaller than the domes, but the flowers are so vibrant and the displays feel more tailor made so that people could take nice photos with it.

For dinner I went to the Jurassic Nest food hall, which had a brief dinosaur animatronics show on the hour. I then headed out to the Supertree Grove to get a nice spot for the Garden Rhapsody light show. The "trees" lit up in beautiful patterns, dancing along with the classical music playing to accompany them. After the show I returned to the hotel for the night.
