I met with my friend from UofT and his roommate from CUHK and we went together to get udon for dinner. After dinner, we went for a walk through Mongkok, including a bookstore with an array of items including calligraphy materials, as well as a quick walkthrough of the ladies' market. We wound up buying an egg waffle before going to the station to go home. At the station, I needed to go in the opposite direction from them, and as it was an outdoor station with the platforms facing each other, I was able to see them across the train tracks and even wave goodbye to them from train through the window.
