Ocean Park is a theme park with rides, shows, and other attractions. It also is a marine mammal park and an oceanarium. I went on some roller coasters and thrill rides there which were incredibly enjoyable for me as someone who loves all kinds of thrill rides. I also found the rollercoaster to be one of my favorites that I've ever been on. While it is a bit less extreme than some others which I love, the view while on it was incredible. Even while upside down I had to think that it was such a beautiful place to be and that I was so lucky to experience such a view while on a roller coaster. I also played some carnival games, including a "catapult the frog" game where you hit a hammer onto a lever to throw a large plastic frog toy into a moving basket. I won a small and a special prize at the game by landing the frog in two different baskets, which earned me a small pear stuffed animal and a cute animal themed pencil, respectively. After some rides I went to see some animals, including some birds and then part of a dolphin show. After the dolphin show I went to a shark exhibit which had many types of sharks and rays.
After seeing the sharks I went to see the "Asian Animals" area, which included both Giant Pandas and red pandas. The red panda was sleeping, as were both of the giant pandas on exhibit. One of the Giant Pandas was sleeping on top of a rock near the glass, which was absolutely adorable. There were also otters in this area. After finishing there I went to see the meerkat area and then made my way to the penguins in the South Pole exhibit. After the South Pole exhibit I made my way to the North Pole exhibit, where I saw many seals, as well as two walruses. It was my first time seeing a walrus in person, and he was much larger than I had been expecting, especially his tusks. He was sleeping right beside the glass, which I was very thankful for. I then visited one of the rollercoasters and other rides again before going to see the arctic fox exhibit. All three of them were sleeping, but I still found them quite cute. Before leaving I went on one last ride and then made my way to the Asian Animals exhibit again, to see the pandas and red pandas one last time before leaving. The red panda was quite active now, while one of the Giant Pandas had moved to a different spot to take a nap.
