The Peak (Victoria Peak)

The Peak (Victoria Peak)

The Peak (Victoria Peak)

I went with my roommates and one other friend together to a beach, and then we went to one of HK's most famous sightseeing points, Victoria Peak, or just The Peak. We went up while it was still daytime and then stayed at the top through sunset, until it was dark and the city lit up at night. I would recommend going at sunset in order to see both views, though there's plenty to do at the top. There are tons of restaurants and food places, including multiple boba shops. It's also easy to reach the top, and no hiking is required, as you can take a tram to reach the top. That said, taking the tram does cost money, and coming down does as well. Paying with Octopus, the public transportation card, offers a slight discount.
